Puppies leave us with a 5 generation pedigree and ownership document.
Reservations
Once you choose to allocate a deposit to a litter born with us it becomes non refundable as I therefore turn others away that may later enquire. Individual allocations are made 2 weeks after the litter is born with my guidance based on your individual application.
You are required to settle the balance of your puppy by 8 weeks of age before final collection. This includes puppies staying longer with us.
Puppy Contract
Our puppy contract is there to protect your puppy, your family and us as their breeder. The following text is included within our puppy contract which you will be required to sign on collection of your puppy. Your puppy will receive a full general health examination and deemed fully fit and healthy prior to collection. You as the new owner shall have 3-5 working days to have your puppy assessed by your own vet for your own peace of mind. You shall have the right to return your puppy for a refund or come to a mutual agreement, if it is found to have a serious congenital health condition that was not previously identified upon written confirmation from your vet. I reserve the right for a second opinion in this case.
Insurance
I cannot be responsible for any accidents your puppy may have, this would also include going against the dietary advise you were given. I highly recommend you take out insurance for your puppy as something like over 90 percent of puppy claims are in the first year of their life as like little toddlers they find mischief everywhere. Although precautions have been taken to ensure the health of your puppy no warranty can be given should your puppy develop any disease or any conditions associated with the breed in future. While I am happy to share information about the insurance I offer, this is provided purely as a recommendation based on our experience, and there is no obligation to proceed. Choosing whether to take out insurance, and which policy best suits your needs, is entirely your decision, and we encourage you to explore all available options before making a choice.
